RETURNING COACHES

If you are a returning coach from the 2022/2023 season, you are on our approved list and do not need to do the fingerprinting. YOU DO NEED TO COMPLETE THE VIDEO TRAINING . This is done every 3 years for returning coaches.

NEW COACHES

You must download the fingerprint form, get your fingerprints done and complete the online training before October 13th. This is a HARD deadline. No exceptions.

Please complete the online training BEFORE you take the fingerprint form to the police station.

The new Safe Environment Training is up and running. It will take about an hour to complete. Please Log in, complete the training, and email the certificate to Keith (kenstice@rcn.com)

PLAYER EVALUATIONS

Player Evaluations will be held  at the High School.  Dates to be determined. Coaches are expected to be at their age groups to effectively evaluate. Please  make your best effort to be there.

We have asked Mike Boles from the High School to run evaluations, but coaches will be expected to evaluate players numerically. The more coaches we have to assist us in placing kids on teams the better as this improves the experience. All potential players in grades 4-8 (not grade 3) must attend an evaluation session.

Coaches Clinic will be held on Sunday October 29 from 9-11:30   at SVHS Pfeiffer gym. Aaron Locks of The National Academy of Athletics will be conducting the session.  Equipment for your practices(balls, boards, practice Jerseys, scorebooks for season) will be given at this time.
