No players will be added after this deadline. You must pay in order to have your registration complete. Payment is via online only. No checks will be accepted.
Evaluations will be held on October 8 with practices beginning on November 1. First games will be held on December 2/3. More information will be emailed out as it becomes available.
Instructions: You will need the following items to complete this registration form
- Health insurance and doctor information
- Major credit card for online payment
*Please understand that basketball uniforms are the property of St. Francis CYO Basketball and are on loan to the basketball players only during the basketball season of the current year. I understand that if I do not return the whole uniform in acceptable condition at the end of the season, I will be invoiced an additional $50.00 7-10 days after the last game.
